Our goal is to help you find your own style and learn your flow in West Coast Swing.
Improvisation Workshop:
Led by Simone Aarts; this workshop will teach you how to move in your body with more confidence. We will teach you techniques and provide inspiration to your dancing. There will be solo excercises, as well as excercises with a dance partner. This will allow you to better improvise both with a dance partner, and without.
The level requirement for the workshop is: Know your 5 WCS basics.
Dinner Break:
If the meal ticket is purchased, you will enjoy the following menu:
Fresh Tomato Soup (mild, or spicy)
Fresh Sandwich makings (cold-cuts, cheeses, cucumber, tomato, lettuce)
Baguette + Garlic Butter
Ice Cream
Basic Introduction:
This lesson will cover some of the patterns for beginners to learn and understand the very base of West Coast Swing. This will help newcomers to better enjoy the social dancing for the evening.
The evening will have music appropriate for West Coast Swing or Zouk dancing!
