…build your ability to express what already exists within you!
We aim to unbox your movement and play with one another on the dance floor. You will discover new ideas and skills you didn’t know you had!
We want to:
Help you find your own style and learn your flow in West Coast Swing.
Unbox your creative mind play with your ideas, creating new expression in every step.
Teach you how to move in your body with more confidence and ease.
Led by Simone Aarts; this workshop will teach you improvisational techniques, and provide inspiration to your dancing. There will be solo excercises, as well as excercises with a dance partner. This will allow you to better improvise both with a dance partner, and without.
📝 There is no level requirement for this workshop.
